WHY BLOG?
In my role as a therapist, I get to meet so many different wonderful people from all walks of life and all in different phases of their healing journey. And gosh, let me tell you! Life is tough! What I've realized though, is most of us are doing the best we can with the resources we currently have. I want to provide more resources, offer insight, and maybe a different perspective because we were not designed to live this life alone. I want to create a community where we can support one another and lift each other up!
